The platform this community runs on: events, members, teams and partners in one place.

AI Builders is the web application that runs the AI Builders Club community at aib.club. Organizers, volunteers and members use it to plan and run AI meetups, hackdays and conferences across several cities, keep one shared member and partner directory, coordinate teams and open volunteer roles, and run the day to day admin of a volunteer-run community in the open.

Specifically, the app lets people:

Plan and publish events, with agendas, speakers, venues and ticketing.
Keep a shared member directory, volunteer roles, onboarding and per-city teams.
Track partners and sponsors, and the logos shown on each event page.
Send event invitations, reminders and updates by email and messaging apps.
Handle budgets, invoices and contributor shares.

Browsing events and open roles needs no account. Signing in with email or with a Google account unlocks the organizing side. The app is free, built and maintained by volunteers, and carries no advertising.

How AI Builders uses your Google account

Connecting a Google account is optional; the whole app works with an email sign-in. If you connect Google Calendar, AI Builders reads your calendar so that scheduling a meeting shows your real availability, and creates or updates only the community events and meetings you choose to add to your own calendar. That is the only reason we ask for calendar access, and you can disconnect at any time from your settings or from your Google account permissions page. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell Google user data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models.
